In order to make the suspension work properly, I recommend that you use
Alexander's "Vehicles Special Abilities Editor v1.1"
http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/Files/SAVehSpecAbilities.rar
Add the phoenix (ID 603) to the "ADV_HYDRALICs" section of this tool
to have working independent suspension on the Vette!

Then open your gta3.img file with ImgTool and delete the original files
named "phoenix.dff" and "phoenix.txd" and, if they exist, "phoenix1.txd",
"phoenix2.txd", "phoenix3.txd" and "phoenix4.txd".

Then add the following files from the downloaded archive (with e.g. "IMGTool 2.0"):
"phoenix.dff" and "phoenix.txd"

The "phoenix*.txd" files are the paintjobs.
Add the four files "phoenix1.txd", "phoenix2.txd", "phoenix3.txd" and "phoenix4.txd" to your gta3.img aswel.

The "phoenix4.txd" is the pearlescent paintjob wich only works with ENB
(http://enbdev.com/index_en.html). First apply the paintjob in transfender
and then change the bodycolors to get the perlescent effect.

Now you have to edit the files "handling.cfg", "vehicles.ide", "carcols.dat" and "carmods.dat"
with your notepad and replace the original lines with those:

handling.cfg:
PHOENIX 1700.0 4000.0 3.5 0.0 0.0 -0.05 75 0.65 0.75 0.52 5 220.0 28.0 9.0 R P 8.0 0.50 0 27.0 0.45 0.7 0.0 0.05 -0.05 0.5 0.5 0.18 0.35 20000 40612004 D80003 0 1 0

vehicles.ide:
603, phoenix, phoenix, car, PHOENIX, PHOENIX, null, normal, 9, 0,	0, -1, 0.7, 0.8, 0

carcols.dat:
delete the original "phoenix" line in the file and add the following line at the
bottom of the file after "car4" in alphabetical order!

phoenix, 45,25,61,0, 36,102,30,0, 0,14,31,0, 123,76,29,0, 53,0,0,0, 6,24,123,0, 89,31,66,0, 64,54,112,0

carmods.dat:
add the following line in alphabetical order!
phoenix, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------- Installation (CLEO for Paintjobs) ------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To enable the CLEO-feature of traffic-cars (and parked cars) having paintjobs,
you have to do as follows:
- If you haven't installed CLEO yet, you can get it here: http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/
download the "CLEO 3 Library (v3.0.846)" and install it.
- put the file "pjs.cs" into your CLEO-folder in the SA-folder
- Done ... enjoy your new experience of installed paintjobs ;)

Of course the CLEO-feature also works without the Vette being installed!
